Sherry Cheese Ball

3 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1-2 Tbsp dry sherry
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
¼ c chopped pistachios
Crackers or vegetable slices

Combine cheeses, sherry, mustard, hot pepper in bowl; beat with mixer until combined. Chill about ½ hour or until firm. Form into ball; roll in pistachios. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Yield: One 4-inch ball.
