Feb 2005 - Margaret took Orandi Pistachios to the Food and Wine Experience this past February at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Featured at the Orandi Pistachios booth were salted and roasted pistachios and the new garlic pistachios, which were a hit! Thousands flocked to the Convention Center for three days. Hundreds sampled the tasty pistachios and learned about how the Orandi family grows them. Click here for some pictures of the event:

Fergus native Margaret Orandi runs business specializing in premium pistachios. Mention the name Ahmad Orandi and many Fergus Falls area residents recall a renowned physician, now retired, who had a urology practice here for many years. His wife, Ruth, was active with many organizations in the community. Dr. Vali Orandi, a nephew, currently works as a physician in Fergus Falls, in radiology.
